Mmmmm, Dinner

Another week has passed without a post. While I actually did cook this week, I didn't do it much and didn't get any pics. See, CJ and I were on vacation this week, so we ate out a lot. A LOT.

But, I did make a couple things. The only new recipe I tried was this:

It is Spicy Cocoa Sloppy Joes. They were not spicy. They really weren't very good. I added extra chili powder and salt, but it didn't help. I would have thrown some Sriracha sauce in and some garlic if I ever cooked this again, but I probably won't.

Oh, and our hamburger buns were moldy, so ours were much less attractive on hotdog buns.

I did make some awesome roasted balsamic veggies (eggplant, green and red peppers, garlic, zucchini, yellow squash, and red onion) with basil. They were super tasty, but I unfortunately didn't get a pic of that. They were tasty though.
