Sandwiches Tonight
Tonight we had Tuna Melts:

On Rye toast: tuna, fennel, garlic, mayo, olives, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, all mixed. Cover with a nice Cheddar cheese. Throw it in the broiler until cheese is melty. Serve on a paper plate.
