Art Fair Treat
Walking around the Uptown Art Fair today, I was looking for a refreshing treat to hold me over until dinner. I found just the thing at an Italian Ice Stand.
A cucumber popsicle!
It was a peeled cucumber that was coated with chili-lime seasoning, stuck on a fork. It was really good and a perfect light snack. I now want to find my own chili-lime seasoning.

Kassie, At Middle Eastern markets, they have lemon salt (try Bob's first). I think it's basically dried citric acid. I have an Armenian friend who used to put this in tabbouleh. Unlike mine, her tabbouleh was never soggy!
