Pretty Dinner
Walleye with Whole Foods brand "Asian Fish Seasoning" pan fried. Chard sauteed in a bit of rice vinegar. Curd rice* which is leftover Chinese takeout rice with yogurt and tomato pickle. Tomato pickle explanation can be found here.
*It may not be officially curd rice, but what it is what I call curd rice.

If you picture this without the rice and yucko chard, but adding two dinner rolls and a bowl of raspberries, you can imagine my dinner!

I'm going to be dreaming of tomato pickles for sure.
I always think I will like chard more because it's pretty, but I think it tastes weirdly floral. I vote kale.
