Again with the Best Laid Plans...

I was doing good. I was doing really good. I was swimming three days a week. I was eating well. It was great.

Then it was my birthday and I slipped a little. I ate out a little too much. I drank a little too much. I missed the gym.

Then CJ ended up in the hospital and the whole thing blew up. I'm an emotional eater and I was stressed. I ate. I drank. I ate at McDonald's. Twice. I missed the gym.

We still don't know what is wrong with CJ and I'm still worried. But he's fine. He's got energy that I don't have. He also got four units of blood to get him there...

So, I'm back on. I went swimming yesterday and did only half a workout, but that is better than nothing. I started tracking my points again this morning. I started drinking tea again.

I think as long as CJ doesn't end up in the hospital again, I'll be okay for awhile.
