Crisp

I went to the Farmers' Market today and brought home a week's worth of treats. Best of all were the tiny, juicy, and sweet strawberries that were all over the market. I also picked up some rhubarb.

You know where this is going, right?

Yep. Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp (with cardamom, yum.)

First CSA Box-Rhubarb

We received our first CSA box from Double Rabbit Farm. The farm has had a tough spring and our first quarter share was a bit small, mostly greens. But there was enough rhubarb for this:
Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp.
